Walking around the Las Vegas convention centre this past January for CES 2025, I noticed, apart from the abundance of new technology and gadgets on display, the fact the tech industry has discovered Nomatic/Gomatic.

Their backpacks were everywhere! When I visited the team at their booth, they’d also noticed this fact.

Nomatic (US) and Gomatic (EU) are the same brands for those unfamiliar with the brand, offering the same luggage and accessories. A new selection of Gomatic Accessories has recently been launched to extend their range.

Gomatic’s Vacuum Bag 2.0 is designed for travellers who need efficient packing and space-saving solutions. It features durable, water-resistant materials and an upgraded compression zipper for better air removal without a pump.

A reinforced vent system ensures long-term reliability, while extended straps provide tighter compression. The Vacuum Bag will be available in two sizes, large and XL, with 38% more storage in the XL.

The seams have been welded to provide additional strength and a better seal when full. The product will be available in a Black colourway.

The Gomatic Phone Wallet is a MagSafe-compatible accessory that attaches securely to the back of a phone. It provides quick access to essential cards.

It features patented pull-tab technology, allowing users to slide cards out efficiently. It includes an integrated finger loop for enhanced grip and stability, making it easier to use a phone one-handed.

There is no confirmation of the material, except for the website’s suggestion that the wallet has been “Constructed with premium materials.”

The wallet has a slim profile, can securely hold two to four cards, and is available in Black or Brown.

Finally, Gomatic has upgraded its packing cubes, which are now available in Grey and Navy. The Gomatic Compression Packing Cubes, with their zippered compression system, help maximise luggage space and can reduce the bulk in your carry-on or backpack by up to 50%.

Designed for efficient packing, the cubes come in three sizes—small (19.7 x 19.7 cm), medium (29.2 x 19.7 cm), and large (29.2 x 29.2 cm)—to fit different travel needs. Each cube size is 13 cm deep and can compress to 6.4 cm!

Gomatic offers a discounted bundle for added value when purchasing all three sizes in a selected colour.

The Gomatic Vacuum Bag 2.0 is available in two sizes and costs £40. The Gomatic Phone Wallet, designed for MagSafe compatibility, is also priced at £40.
