Two titans of German design and engineering have collaborated on a very limited piece of luggage. The Special Edition RIMOWA x Porsche Carry Case Pepita will comprise just 911 units.

With only 911 pieces made, this latest RIMOWA collaboration has already sold out on rimowa.com and will most likely only see the light of day at future auctions.
This new Porsche inspired Carry-On case, which ironically has no wheels, is a Hand Carry case styled in the iconic RIMOWA grooved aluminium panels and smooth aluminium corner plates. However, RIMOWA points out the wheel free design makes the Pepita the perfect size to fit in a car with little storage space… like a 911!
The case is completed with fixed leather straps crafted to look like old Porsche hood straps of yesteryear and a briefcase-style aluminium carry handle, and dual TSA locks on either side of it. Finally, the Porsche crest is centrally placed at the front.

Not to be fooled by the briefcase design, the Special Edition RIMOWA x Porsche Carry case boasts a very generous 30L of internal capacity, more than enough for a long weekend getaway.
One side of the case is open with cross straps to hold items in place. The other has a zipped compartment which is shallower than the open section. RIMOWA says this section can support up to a 16″ laptop.
A zipped pocket to the front is suitable for smaller items on the divider.
To mark this collaboration and highlight just how much of a limited run this case is, a numbered label is on the spine informing you which of the 911 cases you own.
