OPPO Find X9 Series debuts with a 200MP Hasselblad telephoto lens, advanced Dimensity chipset, and 7500mAh battery for long-lasting performance.

OPPO Find X9 Series
Following months of speculation, OPPO has officially launched its latest flagships, the Find X9 Series, led by the feature-packed Find X9 Pro.
The brand claims it delivers the most advanced imaging system ever fitted to an OPPO handset, thanks to its 200MP Hasselblad telephoto camera and a battery that pushes past 7500mAh.
The Find X9 Series arrives as a pair, the standard Find X9 and the more ambitious Find X9 Pro, each running ColorOS 16 atop the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. While both share a similar design philosophy, it’s the Pro that showcases OPPO’s full capability in hardware and computational photography.

Features OPPO Find 9 Series
The Find X9 Pro upgrades the main and telephoto cameras over the standard model. OPPO states the Ultra XDR Main Camera uses a customised 1/1.28-inch Sony LYT 828 sensor with Real-Time Triple Exposure technology to retain highlight detail and shadow information within a single capture.
The headline addition is the 200MP Hasselblad Telephoto (3×), built around a 1/1.56-inch 200MP sensor and a f/2.1 aperture.
The minimum focus distance is 10cm, enabling close-up shots that are unusual for a telephoto lens. OPPO also developed Active Optical Alignment to align the lens and sensor precisely, and says this boosts resolution by an additional 15%.
Computationally, both models introduce the LUMO Image Engine. OPPO claims the rebuilt pipeline delivers up to 50% lower CPU usage, 60% lower memory usage, and 50% lower power consumption, while enhancing clarity, dynamic range, and colour. In bright conditions, the camera defaults to full-resolution capture; in difficult light, it intelligently steps down to pixel binning for better noise control.

Video gains too, with industry-first 4K Motion Photos and 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR recording on the main camera, with the Find X9 Pro extending 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR to its 200MP Hasselblad Telephoto. On the Find X9 Pro, the 200MP sensor enables lossless zoom up to 13.2× via intelligent cropping, with Super Zoom supporting up to 120×.
Massive power boost
Power is a major storyline. The Find X9 Pro carries a 7,500mAh battery, while the Find X9 features a 7,025mAh unit in a 7.99mm profile.
OPPO attributes the packaging efficiency to its third-generation Silicon-Carbon Battery with 15% silicon content, plus a customised spherical carbon material.
The company says the series is engineered for long-term reliability, retaining over 80% of original capacity after five years of typical use. When you need to top up, both devices support 80W OPPO SUPERVOOC wired charging, 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
New Display Panel
Across the series, OPPO uses a new-generation flat display with ultra-thin 1.15mm symmetrical bezels for a near-borderless feel. The panel runs at 120Hz, reaches 3600 nits of peak outdoor brightness, and can drop to 1 nit in dark rooms, with high-frequency PWM dimming to support eye comfort.
The chassis adopts a modern, flat-edged aesthetic with a subtly contoured frame to improve grip, while the camera module is positioned to keep fingers out of the way during use. Colours differ by model: Find X9 in Titanium Grey, Space Black, and Velvet Red; Find X9 Pro in Silk White and Titanium Charcoal.

ColorOS 16
Debuting on the series, ColorOS 16 builds on prior animation work with Seamless Animation and the All-New Luminous Rendering Engine for responsiveness.
New AI-assisted tools include AI Mind Space with a Snap Key to capture on-screen content instantly, AI Recorder that generates titles and summaries, and AI Portrait Glow to balance light and skin tones in low-light portraits.
Connectivity expands through O+ Connect support for Mac and Windows, letting you manage phone files from a computer or control a PC from the phone. Screen Mirroring allows up to five apps to be displayed and operated with a mouse and keyboard, addressing readers who track ColorOS 16 new AI tools and interface updates.
