Away’s 100-day return policy applies to unused items, meaning you can inspect the build quality and features at home, but once it’s been taken on a trip, it’s yours—standard practice for premium luggage brands. Also, they don’t have as many brick and mortar stores for people to check out their cases, the 100-day allowance helps to counter this.
