Travelling to Italy is always a joy, mostly due to the anticipation of the great food, gelato and coffee I usually plan on consuming! However, there is one treat anyone flying into the country can enjoy, the Alps.
Having, worked in the country on and off over several years, I have flown over them morning, noon and night; good and bad weather and every time is a special occasion. So make sure you get the window seat the next time you fly in/out of Italy!
